Real Madrid New boss: Rafael Benitez

Supposedly fat Madrid boss, Rafa Benitez has assured the capital club would be bringing in more new faces ino the squad this summer but didn't state exactly who was coming in or who was going out. Real Madrid have already signed Danilo and recalled Casemiro back from a loan spell both from Porto
are reportedly activ in the market and are on the search for more additions the Spanish boss said.

"Of course there will be," Benitez told his club's official website, when asked about new arrivals.
"Danilo and Casemiro, for example, are players that will be very important and the club works every day to try to increase the level of this team with other signings that will help us face the challenges that await us.
"But let me just say that to improve the current Real Madrid side is enormously difficult.
"This team has won it all and has proved the level it has.
"The fans can be certain that the team will have the level of competitiveness that this club demands."

Madrid have been heavily linked with a host of players including Raheem Sterling, young defender Umtiti who plays for Lyon and is also a target for premier league giants Chelsea as well a notably David De Gea. The club have been linked with De Gea from the end of last season and it is thought it is only a matter of time a deal would be concluded. Any deal for De Gea however could spell the end of influential Club Captain Iker Casillas.
Benitez, who is currently staying at his family home in Liverpool, says he has spoken to all of his players - including Ramos who it was reported might want to leave the club and Casillas - but has not made public anything about what their futures might hold.
He said: "My technical team and I have been following and been in contact with the players. I have to say that first of all, the predisposition to work that all of them, Sergio, Iker, Cristiano (Ronaldo), (Gareth) Bale, Pepe, (Raphael) Varane... have shown me has been excellent.
"The first thing I've done is to listen, to know what went well and what went badly last year, to see what they thought could be improved and how they would like things to be done.
"Once we are all together, we will decide what is the best for the club and what is the best for each of them."
