The Mexico striker had an awkward fall after a tangle as he chased a ball towards the touchline.
The injury therefore rules him out of the upcoming Gold Cup tournament and eventually might have a say in where he plays next season. He is expected to leave Old Trafford this summer as he's not in the future plans of Coach Louis Van Gaal but this might just delay his exit.
