Laporta blasts Barcelona, says they looked "ridiculous" after failed bid for Pogba

Barcelona Presidential candidate Joan Laporta who has started his Campaign for the Presidency at Barca, says the Club's attempt to sign Paul Pogba made them look "ridiculous". Laporta has been speaking about Pogba recently and it just seems Pogba is one of his angles at winning the seat of the Presidency at the Nou camp.

You would recall Soccer Alerts reported that a Barcelona deal for Pogba was done but contrary to reports Juve turned down the deal. He said;
"[Sporting director Ariedo] Braida's meeting with Juventus and [director of sporting institutional relations Albert] Soler was a failure, it was ridiculous and made Barcelona look bad," Laporta told Cadena Ser.
"Soler acts in ignorance of the world of football."
Laporta continued to highlight that "the key to the transfer of Pogba is his agent Mino Raiola," and off the club's reported interest in Athletico Madrid midfielder Arda Turan he stated that the player was simply a diversion tactic.Laporta is hoping to seal a second spell as  Barcelona President and has a good battle on his hands especially from the club's current President Josep Bartomeu.
