   Sweden dramatically gave up a 2-0 lead yesterday in Winipeg Canada as the African Champions Nigeria gave them a real fight to the last.

Anyways it took till after the break for the Girls to get back through goals from Ngozi Olobi and golden girl Azeezat Oshoala strikes which was much needed immediately after the first half break .That wasn't all though as the swedes after a fantastic passage of play created and scored another opportunity until Francisca Ordega saved Nigeria from going down in their first game. The USA meanwhile won their Game against Australia and would now head into the second game brimming with confidence. It would also be recalled that Nigeria is the only country outside the World's top 10 teams in the group
