Nwosu boasts: Sunshine Stars not title contenders

IfeanyiUbah FC Skipper Oluchukwu Nwosu writes off Sunshine stars title chances

Captain of ambitious NPFL side FC IfeanyiUbah Oluchukwu Nwosu has dismissed the threat posed by Sunshine stars FC of Akure to their chances of giving the league title a shot. Oluchukwu whose side currently occupy the third spot on the log told www.footballlive.ng the team is not overly worried by the credentials of Sunshine stars.

He stressed that if there are teams to really be scared of, then it'd had to be Okey Emordi's tutored Kano Pillars and Enyimba and not Sunshine stars whom he predicts will soon run of steam and get usurped on top of the table.
”I believe that at the end Sunshine Stars must go down and we don’t consider them as much of a threat as Kano Pillars or Enyimba as far as our title ambition is concerned.
”In any case I believe IfeanyiUbah FC must end the season strong and this might require us to defeat some big teams along the way, a task I think we can undertake,” Oluchukwu stated.
