Arsenal have completed the signing of 17-year-old Romanian youngstar Vlad Dragomir. He becomes the clubs first official signing of the summer and moves to the club in a deal worth a paltry £71,000.
Meanwhile Contrary to speculations though that Petr Cech had completed he's deal to the club Cech has come out to confirm that he has not signed for the English club but according to Sky Sports sources a fee of about £10.9m was agreed this afternoon and the deal which might make him Arsenal's second signing of the summer is very close.
