Did you Know that Alex Iwobi is Ex-Super Eagles captain Jay-Jay's nephew?

This one also caught me by surprise as i'm sure many Arsenal fans but anyways Alex Iwobi who was in action yesterday for the gunners against the Singarpore selected XI was actually born in Nigeria and has an Ex-Super Eagles captain 'Jay-Jay' Okocha as an Uncle.
The 19-year-old midfielder who has previously captained the Arsenal’s under-21 side, and he has represented England at under-16, 17 and 18 level but not at the senior level.
Wearing the number 45 shirt, Alex Iwobi got his Arsenal first team debut in the match and his Uncle could not  hide his joy for his nephew as he took to twitter to express it;

Feeling head over hills watching my nephew Alex Iwobi live with Arsenal against Singapore eleven in preseason..great stuff son..

Iwobi was also picked for the Gunners’ bench for their Champions League clash against Galatasaray in December 2014.
Nigeria needs to snap him and Chuba up as soon as possible, got great future ahead of them.
