Stage IV cancer patient Andy Moss had posted a video on Youtube earlier saying that meeting former England Midfield star David Beckham was on his bucket list, but he couldn’t have expected his dream to suddenly come true.
The video meanwhile is enough to make you want to try and personally reach out to the superstar yourself. Luckily though, Beckham’s agent got the message and arranged the meeting.
Moss’ wife also posted a picture of the two on Instagram with the message:
“For those of you who don’t know about my husband Andy, he has stage 4 Cancer and he made a YouTube video to @davidbeckham telling him that one of his bucket list wishes was meeting him. Simon his manager made all of the arrangements and he helped us with Andy’s dream. We met David and his family including a beautiful and sweet @victoriabeckham and @brooklynbeckham treated us like if we were family. They paid all of our travel expenses and they are even sending us out for dinner. We will never forget this experience I am shaking still. The Beckhams truly are wonderful people! #AndyWantsToMeetDavidBeckham #dreamscometrue #teamAndy #sunsetsforAndy.”
Becks may no longer be playing, but he’s still absolute class off the field.
