Super Falcons Coach Okon blasted by Evumena

 Dan Evumena

Previous national women's team coach Dan Evumena has said that Edwin Okon failed to deliver his promise of reaching the final of the FIFA World Cup 2015 in Canada as a result of haughtiness and adolescence at work. Evumena viewed as one of the best coaches in women's football told Complete Sports that the arrangement of Okon as Super Falcons coach was not done on legitimacy as the Rivers Angels of Port Harcourt handler was picked in light of the fact that he had an association with an exceptionally persuasive individual from the past NFF board.
"Okon has scarcely been at work for a long time when he was given the U-20 employment which saw him driving the group to the last four after Nigeria lost in the final in past competition. Also, I thought he was not ready to coach the Super Falcons but rather the NFF requesting that he moved to the team after Kadiri Ikhana's work  was terminated," he said.

"Subsequent to winning the African Women's Championship, Okon got to be swollen headed and felt he has done an unthinkable thing. At that point self-importance set in and he tested whoever censured his systems and was requesting to be dealt with like the Super Eagles coaches. My brother that was the reason he fizzled in Canada" the previous Delta Queens coach expressed.
