If you ever thought you were ever in the wrong generation, then let me dispel that thought from your mind as just the sounds of
"Abramovic's Chelsea coached by Jose" and
"relegation" in the same sentence is totally crazyyyy! and i doubt you might see it again in a while meanwhile the blues are languishing and dancing in the red zone while their first choice keeper Thibaut Courtois who also was in the red zone with a knee ligament injury is getting better and stepping up his rehab in a swimming pool.
The 23-year-old Belgian who has not played since sustaining the injury against Crystal Palace is still some six weeks away from a return but seems to be showing good progress. He took to Instagram to show pictures of his recovery process in the swimming pool and physiotherapy session.
The
pool at Chelsea's Cobham training facility is fitted with
a Hydrotherapy treadmill with depth, incline and video recording
facility.
The
technology allows for players to run underwater, building their fitness
levels without applying any weight to injured muscles and ligaments in
the legs.
Alongside
the pictures on Instagram Courtois wrote: 'Another good day at
rehabilitation today! #workhard #comebackstronger. Starting a next step
of rehabilitation in the swimming pool.'
