German Midfielder Thomas Muller bagged a brace for German Champions Bayern Munich who started their tour of China in rather assured fashion as usual thumping Spanish side Valencia 4-1 in a friendly game played in Beijing.
Douglas Costa was called into action for the Bavarians for the first time since his move from Shakhtar Donetsk earlier this month and sure put in a good and lively performance and was eventually rewarded with an assist for the Third scored by Thiago Alcantara.
The two Muller goals came either side of Rodrigo's headed equaliser for Valencia, before Polish striker Robert Lewandowski ensured the win with a beautiful strike 20 minutes from time.
Bayern,will face Italian side Inter and also Chinese side Guangzhou Evergrande on this trip to China before their competitive action resumes in the German Super Cup against Wolfsburg on August 1.
