Midfield maestro pirlo has agreed to join NYCFC
36-year-old Andreea Pirlo is set to join former Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard and former Barcelona striker David Villa at American club New York City FC.
He still has a year on he's Juventus contract though and was quoted as stating before the Champions League final that he would consider leaving Turin if they won the Champions League which is now history, as they eventually lost to Barcelona. Well he has agreed a deal to move to the MLS club and as such would be confirmed as a New York City FC player before the end of the week.
