Iheanacho To Make Man City Bow Against Southampton

Nigerian youngster and Manchester city of England player Kelechi iheanacho might make his much awaited senior team bow in their last game of the season against Southampton.
Manchester evening news suggested that one of the blues promising talents could be set to make his first team bow after impressing manager Manuel Pellegrini. "Kelechi Iheanacho could make his senior Manchester City debut on sunday" a report on the website reads. The young Nigerian was expected to join up with his international teammates earlier this month, but will now not do so until after the southampton game. "Manuel Pellegrini rates the player highly and an end of season game with nothing resting on it for the hosts would be just the perfect opportunity to give him some minutes. "A first competitive appearance, for the blues would cap an eventful year for iheanacho who caught the eye while on City's 2014 summer tour".

The recent development wont therefore affect he's participation at the World Youth Championship which he has been penciled down for and is due to fly to New Zealand to join his colleagues on 26th.
